Here is the tentative schedule for the week, hoping to get it in! :)
Monday: AM Weight training (workout tab updated!)
PM: 3 mi recovery run: Mile 1= 9:15; Mile2= 8:40; Mile3=8:20
Spin
Tuesday: 3-4 mi run
Wednesday: AM Weight training; 3-4 mi run
Thursday: 5-6 mi run
Friday: AM Weight training
Saturday: Hoping for a few miles in the AM before the wedding!
Sunday: Riding in the car for 8 hours doesn't count as exercise, but it sure does equal exhaustion!
