5/23- 5/29 Workouts

Monday: AM- Strength Training
                PM- 1.5 mile speed run before Spin class

Tuesday: Rest Day (Cory has the day off, may go on a walk/swim)

Wednesday: AM- Strength Training
                      PM- Boot camp

Thursday: 5 mile run

Friday: AM Strength Training

Saturday: 6-8 mile morning run

Sunday: Pi-Yo
