This week's a little cray cray... here we goooo!
Monday- AM Strength; PM 3 mi run; spin
Tuesday- AM 4 mi run
Wednesday- AM Strength
Thursday- AM 4-5 mi run; PM painting/moving (that counts right?)
Friday- AM Strength; PM moving
Saturday- AM 6mi, all day moving
Sunday- All day- CLEANING (!!)
