Monday: Rest Day (Memorial Day!)

Tuesday: AM Group Strength Training; PM 4 mile interval run

Wednesday: AM Group Strength Training; PM Boot camp

Thursday: 5-7 mile run

Friday: AM Strength Training

Saturday: Long run (6-10 miles?)

Sunday: Rest or Pilate's
