Monday:
AM Group Strength Training
PM 2 mi speed run; Spin class

Tuesday:
AM run: 4-5 miles

Wednesday:
AM Group Strength Training
PM Boot Camp

Thursday:
AM run: 4-5 miles

Friday:AM Group Strength Training

Saturday:
5k or 10k Lake Wylie Splash Dash (haven't decided which to do yet!)

Sunday:
Rest!
