  • 3 mile recovery run
  • PM Spin Group X Class
Tuesday:
  • 6mi speed interval run

Wednesday:
  • AM Group Strength Training
  • PM Bootcamp

Thursday:
  • 1 mi warm up, 3 mi tempo, 1 mi cood down

Friday:
  • AM Group Strength Training

Saturday:
  • 8 mile long run

Sunday:
  • Rest
